Provided strategic legal and labor relations guidance to clients relative to management of union organizing efforts, administration of collective bargaining agreements and labor/management relationships.

Extensive experience representing multiple industries in collective bargaining negotiations, including complex multi-employer and multi-union negotiations.

Obtained dismissal of six unfair labor practice charges in which it was alleged that the employer terminated employees because of their union affiliation.

Partnered with in-house counsel and human resources teams of a major multi-media client to ensure compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws relative to day to human capital decisions as well as significant restructuring.
